Preparation for work in inclusive schools and teaching in heterogeneous learning groups is currently the greatest task of teacher training. Therefore, the aim of the teaching of instructional development research with a focus on inclusion is to transmit knowledge and competences for action that are necessary for the design of common learning situations. This includes methods of diagnostics and evidence-based support from the perspective of inclusion. Since most pupils with special educational needs have these needs in the area of learning, the largest part of the teaching deals with this group.
